The Vivaan Hotel & Resorts Karnal, Karnal

I recently had a stay at this hotel and it was a mixed experience. The property looks luxurious on the outside, but I found the room I was given quite dark and uninviting, especially with ongoing construction affecting natural light. The dining options were limited and I had to ask for basic items, which felt uncomfortable. On the positive side, the staff were eager to help, and the food, especially the snacks, was really good. However, the lack of transport options for guests arriving without a car was a significant drawback.
